Monday Night Improvisation. Hosted by Independent Dance SOLD OUT

In this class we will be visualising, connecting and moving the fascial lines – muscle chains connected by fascia that can transfer flowful momentum when coordinated. We will be supported by illustrations and specific movement prompts to investigate how the fascial lines create movement connections in our body. We will dance both alone and as a group, exploring how our body connections can radiate out in a web of movement through space.
