An open level workshop exploring wave forms in Contact Improvisation. We will explore how undulations allow ease and play in making and breaking contact, and in weight sharing.

This workshop will explore functional dynamic movement, non verbal communication and weight sharing. All movement is opt in and options will be given to accommodate both beginner and advanced movers.

Drawing on 22 years of CI practice and The Axis Syllabus. Open to all levels of movers.
